Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 pounds lean beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 glove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 onion, cut into pieces
  • 1 celery stalk with leaves, cut up

Directions

 

Place all ingredients into crockpot, stir to mix. Cook in crockpot on low for eight to 10 hours. Makes eight servings.
