Ingredients

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 6 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup grade B maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3oz water
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until emulsified
