Chocolate Avocado Mousse
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup agave nectar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ Tbsp. vanilla extract
- Vanilla Greek yogurt or whipped topping, for serving
- Slice avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Place avocado flesh and remaining ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until light and smooth.
- Top with Greek yogurt or whipped topping.
