Serves 4



  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup red onion, grated
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. hot sauce
  • Coarse salt and ground black pepper, to taste



Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
