Ingredients: 

  • 14 oz. bag frozen broccoli, thawed 
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 
  • Dash coarse salt 
  • 15 oz. package pita chips 

Directions: 

  1. Puree the broccoli, cottage cheese, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Serve with the pita chips. 

Serves 8
