Broccoli and Apple Slaw

  • ¼ cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Dash coarse salt and black pepper
  • 3 cups broccoli slaw
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • ½ cup toasted sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup dried cherries



Whisk together vinegar, mustard, honey and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add broccoli slaw, apples, sunflower seeds and dried cherries to the dressing. Toss to coat. Makes eight servings.
