Tracy graduated from Madison College in therapeutic massage in 2021. She is state licensed and national board-certified. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Tracy is training in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release and has a passion for integrative health. She believes whole body healing includes a holistic approach, mindfulness, and spirituality. She uses myofascial release and therapeutic massage techniques to help individuals to relieve pain.
