About

Tracy Klein, OD, is a UW Health optometrist. She offers her patients primary eye care, including routine eye exams, vision screenings, and prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses.

Dr. Klein is specially trained to monitor patients who have diabetes and other medical conditions that may affect their vision or the structure of their eyes. She also monitors patients who take certain medications that could affect their eyes over the long term. If patients have urgent glaucoma symptoms, she provides initial treatment and guides them to advanced care.

Whenever needed, she refers patients to specialists and follows up to make sure they receive the proper care.

During each appointment, Tracy takes time to listen to her patients’ concerns. She asks questions to learn what’s happening with their overall health. Then, she works to address their vision problems and help them see and feel better.

During her free time, Tracy enjoys hiking and watching her children compete in swim meets.

I enjoy getting to know patients within the same family and caring for their eyesight over the long term.
