Tony Chang, MD

About

Tony Chang, MD, is a UW Health internal medicine doctor and assistant clinical professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Dr. Chang diagnoses and treats a wide variety of acute illnesses and injuries and manages chronic health problems, including hypertension (high blood pressure) and diabetes in adult patients. He has a clinical interest in preventive medicine and offers cancer screenings, vaccinations and bone density studies.

Dr. Chang tailors his care to the individual patient, understanding that no two people are alike. Because the science of medicine can sometimes be complex or confusing, Dr. Chang educates each patient so they have a full understanding of their illness and the care they receive. He leverages all the tools and technology that UW Health has to offer to improve his patients’ health and well-being.

In his free time, Dr. Chang enjoys spending time with his family.

My goal with every patient is to work together as a team, taking advantage of our wonderful health system and making their lives better.
