Sydney Zettler, MSW, LCSW (she/her) received her MSW from the University of Wisconsin Madison. She has specialties working with people struggling with mood including Depression and Bipolar Spectrum Disorders and people struggling with anxiety including OCD, stress management, and adjustment to life transitions. She is skilled in a wide array of evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Schema Focused Therapy. Mindfulness based interventions are incorporated in her work to help increase awareness, insight, and confidence coping with difficult emotions. She focuses first on building a relationship with people, knowing this is an integral part of anyone’s healing. A Humanistic approach informs her practice. She is allied with LGBTQIA+ people.
