About

Steven Novacheck, MD, is a UW Health family medicine doctor and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Novacheck provides comprehensive medical care in the urgent care setting for people of all ages.

Dr. Novacheck diagnoses and treats a wide range of illnesses and injuries, including minor sprains or burns, fractures, allergies, skin rashes, colds and fevers.

Dr. Novacheck values listening to his patients and understanding all angles of their situation, including their family history. He enjoys getting to know patients and hearing their concerns so he can offer the best, most personalized care recommendations for them.

Outside of work, Dr. Novacheck enjoys gardening, photography and travel.

My philosophy is to listen to patients and give them the information that they need so they’re comfortable with what’s going on with their bodies.
