Sara Brown, NP

Sara Brown, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner who works with older patients and helps manage age related challenges while they are hospitalized such as dementia, delirium, medication review and challenging social situations.

She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is board-certified in adult-gerontology primary care.

Sara enjoys being able to partner with her patients, and their families, as she tailors care to meet each patient’s needs. She hopes to make their hospital stay a little easier.
