About

Renee Wilberg, LCSW, is a UW Health behavioral health therapist. Renee helps adolescents, young adults and families with behavioral health conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to substance abuse, trauma and developmental challenges. Her specialized areas of care include adoption, youth in foster care and LGBTQA+ youth and their families.

Renee’s expertise includes individualized and family guidance for children, adolescents and young adults. She helps youth through stages of development that may be complicated by one or more health disorders, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other disorders that affect daily life and activities.

Renee provides compassionate, personalized therapy options and practical education and tools, such as social problem-solving and relationship skills. She helps people adjust to challenges and stressors that can interfere with their lives as they learn and grow.

In her free time, Renee enjoys spending time outdoors running, hiking and biking.

Teens and parents face many challenges while adjusting to developmental milestones. I help them manage distress and strengthen connections.
