About

Rebecca Koslov, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner specializing in geriatric care. She provides health care for adults over the age of 65.

Rebecca treats geriatric patients with a range of chronic conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, congestive heart failure and hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol). She also helps older patients maintain and rebuild mobility function.

Rebecca is skilled in working with patients experiencing cognitive impairment disorders like dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia. Compassionate and patient, she takes time to learn about her patients’ unique life experiences and treats them with dignity and respect.

Rebecca believes that shared decision-making is at the root of quality health care. Dedicated to overcoming disparities in geriatric care, she listens to her patients’ goals and needs before tailoring plans that reflect the things that are important to them.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys hiking and practicing karate with her family.

I want each of my patients to know they are an important part of the community. I aim to help them build upon their independence, function and safety so that they can continue to thrive.
