About

Molly Richter, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant.

Molly provides preoperative and postoperative care for patients having plastic surgery. In addition to treating patients who are having reconstructive surgeries, she also sees people for a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentations (implants), abdominoplasties (tummy tucks), facelifts and body contouring.

Dedicated to improving the happiness and health of every patient she meets; Molly always takes time to get to know their story. She involves her patients in the decision-making process by listening to their goals and helping them find solutions that fit their needs. Molly collaborates with the surgical team to provide exceptional care for her patients.

Molly also helps educate medical students by encouraging them to shadow her in clinic. She enjoys sharing her experiences with the future generation of providers.

When she’s not at work, Molly spends her free time outdoors kayaking, hiking and golfing.

I strive to play an integral role in my patients' well-being. My hope for each of my patients is that they live a happy and healthy life.
