She also welcomes and provides a safe environment for LGBTQ+ individuals.

She is skilled in providing other evidence-based treatment such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy.
Believing that people do the best they can with the skills they have, Maura works to teach new skills and positive coping methods. She loves to help patients overcome challenges and live their most fulfilling lives.
I want to empower my patients to solve problems and eventually feel confident enough in themselves that they will no longer need therapy.
