About

Lori Neilitz, PT, is a physical therapist at UW Health. She treats athletes who want to return to their sports after injuries to the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle or foot.

Lori’s clinical interests are aquatic rehabilitation and sports concussion rehabilitation. She also works as a high school athletic trainer, helping students manage their injuries and return to playing sports. She participates in research involving high school athletes by collecting data for further study.

In her free time, Lori enjoys being outdoors. Some of her favorite activities include hiking, biking, paddling, kayaking and golfing.

I chose sports medicine to help athletes return to the sports they enjoy and to help their overall health and well-being.
