About

Linda Eckstein, NP, is a UW Health advanced practice nurse practitioner. She treats people who have blood cancers such as leukemia, lymphoma (lymphatic cancer), myelodysplastic syndrome (bone marrow blood cell disorder), multiple myeloma (plasma white blood cell cancer) and some solid tumors.

Most of Linda’s work focuses on treating hospitalized patients who have blood conditions and related complications such as infections. Linda provides advanced cancer treatments, including stem cell transplant or CAR-T immune-boosting therapy and bone marrow transplants.

Linda guides patients through treatment processes and ensures that her patients get the support and education they need to deal with complex conditions and care. She focuses on survivorship, helping patients to achieve their best-possible quality of life.

In addition to her clinical work, Linda is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health.

In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active. She especially enjoys paddle-boarding and other summertime water activities.

I take a personalized, holistic approach to care. I listen to patients’ concerns and meet people where they are in their journey.
