Leah Novoa, PA

Leah Novoa, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant. Leah cares for both children and adults with acute illnesses, including flu, colds and allergies, as well as minor injuries such as fractures or burns. She enjoys the urgent care setting because it often allows her to find a quick solution to the patient’s current problem, so they can start feeling better right away.

Working in urgent care, Leah strives to quickly get to know her patients in a meaningful way, so she can help with their current condition. She provides treatment without judgment and aims to make her patients feel comfortable.

Leah believes in helping patients take ownership of their own health. She enjoys educating them on things they can do in their everyday lives to improve their health.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her family and hiking.

I work in conjunction with the patient to empower them to take an active role in working toward what they identify to be their optimal health.
