Lalitha Iyer, MD

Lalitha Iyer, MD, is a UW Health Kids pediatrician and an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She cares for infants, children and young adults.

Dr. Iyer provides preventive care, well-child visits and treats injuries, infections, chronic health problems and mental health disorders.

Dr. Iyer’s philosophy is to provide empathetic and compassionate care to all of her patients by listening closely to their concerns. She collaborates with patients and their families to come up with solutions.

In her free time, Dr. Iyer enjoys cooking, traveling, reading and spending time with her family.

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing children grow up to be productive individuals and watching them learn how to advocate for themselves as they go through health challenges.
