Emily Schumacher, NP

Emily Schumacher, CPNP, APNP, is a pediatric nurse practitioner in Developmental Pediatrics. She has a background in pediatric hematology/oncology, emergency medicine, and children with medical complexity. Emily has an interest in healthcare transition and has taught global health at the UW School of Nursing. She is a provider in the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Clinic at the Waisman Center, as part of a team that works with children and their families to accomplish their goals related to development and behavior. Emily is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurses and Practitioners and the Wisconsin Chapter of Pediatric Nurses and Practitioners.
