Chris Kearns, OT

Chris Kearns is a certified occupational therapist and a certified lymphedema therapist at UW Health. She works with patients at both the Hand and Upper Extremity Clinic and the Lymphedema Clinic located at East Madison Hospital.

At the Hand and Upper Extremity Clinic, Christine assists with occupational therapy for orthopedic conditions affecting upper body extremities, including fractures, lacerations, amputations, burns or surgical repairs of tendons, nerves or ligaments. She also works with patients who have acquired conditions such as arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis.

As a certified lymphedema therapist, Christine provides both general oncology and lymphedema rehabilitation therapy. She also offers specialized aquatic rehabilitation therapies for patients with lymphedema or cancer.

A compassionate listener, Christine always practices patient-centered healthcare. She is also dedicated to continuous education and professional development so that she can provide the best possible therapy care for her patients.
