Cally Christenson, CNM

Cally Christenson, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife at UW Health. She provides care for women through all stages of pregnancy.

As a certified nurse-midwife, Cally is a registered nurse who completed a master’s degree and received certification from the American College of Nurse-Midwives. She provides general gynecological care, pap smears and health education and offers information and guidance throughout the pregnancy journey. Cally supports patients during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and during the post-partum period, and partners with physicians to handle any complications that may arise.

Always determined to offer women a positive experience, Cally learned to speak Spanish in order to better understand her Spanish-speaking patients.

In her free time, Cally enjoys adventure traveling. A few of her most memorable trips involved hiking, whitewater rafting and whale watching in an inflatable boat. She also enjoys tennis and laughing with friends.

My hope for every patient is that she feels well-informed and supported, and that she has the pregnancy experience she is hoping for. Our ultimate goal is a happy, healthy baby and a happy, healthy mom.
