About

Brittany Alioto, PA, is a physician assistant at UW Health. Brittany cares for families and patients of all ages, treating a wide spectrum of illnesses, injuries and medical conditions. Her special clinical interests include caring for children and adolescents and treating people with behavioral health issues and substance abuse disorders.

Brittany enjoys the opportunity to care for entire families and help them achieve good health. Believing that listening is the first step in patient care, she takes the time to get to know her patients and their families. She asks about their health history, medicines and current medical issues. When offering a diagnosis and making treatment recommendations, Brittany tries to explain medical terms using plain language that people can understand.

Brittany’s care philosophy is to let patients take charge of their own health care. She provides evidence-based medical recommendations and encourages patients to ask questions in order to make informed decisions.

In her free time, Brittany enjoys running and spending time with her children.

When patients are distressed about their symptoms or condition, I work to help them understand what’s happening and feel better.
