About

Anne French, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. She cares for patients who are hospitalized with critical conditions that require surgical treatment and advanced intensive care. She has a special clinical interest in caring for complex trauma patients.

Anne assesses, diagnoses and treats patients who have severe burns, traumatic injuries and other complex conditions and complications. She also provides pre- and post-operative care and recovery for patients in the surgical intensive care unit (ICU).

As part of a skilled, multispecialty team, Anne works with other critical care experts to provide seamless care throughout the patient’s stay in the surgical ICU. With compassion and advanced training, she delivers personalized care to meet each patient’s needs.

In her free time, Ann takes advantage of Wisconsin’s great outdoors with hobbies for each season. Two of her favorites are fishing and paddling.

I strive to provide care for traumatically injured patients as if they are part of my own family.
