To address these key components, we partnered with our patient and family advisors (PFAs) and other patients to develop our Patient and Family Experience Promise.
This Promise reinforces what our patients and their families can come to expect from any one of us, anywhere within UW Health, every time. We are striving to deliver on this Promise so we can continue to enhance the patient and family experience for all we serve.
We encourage patients and families to talk about the Promise with staff/care team members; please let us know when we deliver on it and when we fall short. Speaking up helps us to deliver on our Promise.
