Delivery Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy
UW Hospital and Clinics will make every attempt to deliver your gift order on the requested date. However, delivery times may vary because of order volume or gift availability. UW Hospital and Clinics does not guarantee delivery on the requested delivery date. Any disputes regarding gift orders must be resolved with the UW Hospital Gift Shop.
Orders submitted after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be delivered until Monday.
Some patients being treated for certain illnesses, such as cancer and transplant, may not be able to receive live plants and flowers during their treatment. If you are unsure whether the patient to whom you want to send a gift is allowed to receive plants or flowers, call patient information at (608) 263-8591.
If the patient to which you are sending flowers leaves the hospital prior to delivery and lives within the Madison area, Choles Floral Company will make every attempt to deliver the order to the patient's local address. If the patient lives outside of the Madison area, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
Gift orders that are not delivered to the patient's room prior to discharge will result in a credit card refund.
