Swim 101 (Adult Beginner Swim) is an introductory swimming class for adults who have limited aquatic experience and would like to learn how to swim for fitness or for a future competitive event (triathlon). The class will focus on learning the front and back crawl, breathing techniques, and safety swimming techniques. All fitness and swim levels are welcome.
