No previous experience in martial arts is needed!
This course is designed for those who identify as female who have completed the basic MBSR beginning level course or who have already been introduced to Mindfulness.
This 5 week graduate class for women will provide an opportunity to take a courageous look at the fullness of our womanhood through the practice of martial arts, mindfulness meditation, and playful movement.
