Thinking about improving your swim technique and endurance, but not quite ready for an intense lap swimming class?

Intro to Masters Swim is an instructional class for swimmers who are interested in entering into the faster-paced Masters Swim classes. This class is ideal for recreational or triathlon swimmers who want to improve the speed and efficiency of their stroke. The biomechanics of front crawl (freestyle) will be the primary focus, although swimmers will have the chance to receive instruction and review on other strokes as well.

Please contact program leader Katrina Caulfield (KSuddard-Caulfield@uwhealth.org) if you would like more information or are trying a Masters class for the first time.

Some classes can be joined in progress.  Call (608) 263-7936 to inquire.
