The 10-week DIET FREE® program works without deprivation. In fact, you will reward yourself by adding eight healthy habits to your everyday life. Adopt healthy habits—one at a time—for an effective, healthful and simple way to improve your health and fitness. If your goal is to lose weight, improve your energy, lower your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure, or simply have optimum health, adopting these habits will change your life.
The 10-week DIET FREE® program provides guidance and support for physical activity, healthy eating and strategies for maintaining your progress. Each week, you will focus on one habit, starting with "D" - Drink water…and think before you drink anything else. The program also includes a specific exercise focus each week.
DIET FREE® is an online, video seminar program. Register and begin when you are ready. Participants will have access to a members-only site for weekly video seminars, support tips, message boards and recipes. And, participants will have access to support from a UW Health Registered Dietitian throughout the program.
The cost of the program is $170. For more support, family members can also join with you. Additional lifestyle program kits are available for $50. Some insurance providers offer partial reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for information and requirements.
