Whether you are new to mindfulness or a graduate of our teen class, this class invites you to explore mindfulness meditation.
Mindfulness is about being present for your life. When you practice mindfulness, you make friends with yourself and the world around you. You begin to notice an inner stillness that is there even when things are stressful or chaotic. You pay attention to the present moment in a way that allows you to respond, rather than react.
Over the course of this six-session class, we will explore the present moment through the five "sense doors," practicing and playing together along the way.
Bring a sack lunch, some sunglasses and an open mind!
