These sessions are designed for those who have already been introduced to Mindfulness meditation.
In support of your Mindfulness practice, the UW Health Mindfulness Program offers meditation drop-in sessions. Each session will be structured around three elements: meditation practice, check in about our individual practice, and a brief talk on an important theme related to our intention to lead a mindful life.
No registration is required.
Contributions are accepted at each session to help support these meetings.
