In support of your Mindfulness practice, the UW Health Mindfulness Program offers meditation drop-in sessions. Each session will be structured around three elements: meditation practice, check in about our individual practice, and a brief talk on an important theme related to our intention to lead a mindful life.
These sessions are designed for those who have already been introduced to Mindfulness meditation.
No registration is required. Contributions are accepted at each session to help support these meetings.
