Title FAS Apoptotic Pathway Abnormalities in Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphomas

Objective The main purpose of the study is to collect a portion of the tissue samples from Cutaneous T-Cell Lympohoma (CTCL), Cutaneous Lymphoproliferative Disorders (CLPDs) and/or an inflammatory skin disease from the standard of care biopsy. These specimens will be used to do research on understanding the pathogenesis of CTCL and associated disorders. For comparsion, normal ski trimmings will be collected from patients undergoing surgery for removal of miscellaneous ski lesions.

Key Eligibility
  • Must have cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorders (CLPDs) and potential precursor conditions like chronic dermatitis.
  • Controls include inflammatory skin diseases (e.g. acute dermatitis, psoriasis, drug rashes, normal skin).

  • Applicable Disease Sites Hematologic cancers, other; Lymphoma
