Conditions and Treatments

making a smoothieThe primary goal of Health and Nutrition Education is teaching you to make informed, intelligent choices about your diet. Our dietitians and nutritionists work with you to set realistic goals for gradual weight loss and sustained maintenance.

Nutrition is the root of good health, and our staff can teach you how to avoid the poor nutritional habits that, if left uncorrected, can develop into a host of maladies, from cardiovascular disease to obesity, depression and diabetes.

We work with you to develop healthy habits to prevent future health care problems from developing by using behavior modification strategies that work for you. Our staff members are registered nurses and registered dietitians with expertise in a wide variety of health and nutrition topics. We offer practical and reliable advice to:
  • Teach you about specific health issues
  • Answer your food and nutrition questions
  • Help you create plans for lifestyle changes
