Peppers and Steak

2 #’s lean round steak (1 inch thick)
2 green peppers, cut ½ inch strips
1 cup beef broth or bouillon
¼ cup light soy sauce
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. garlic powder
Cut steak into serving portions. Place half of steak in crock pot. Arrange green peppers on top of steak. Place remaining steak on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
