UW Health Pursues Magnet Re-Designation

Madison, Wisconsin - Magnet® designation is the highest and most prestigious credential a health care organization can achieve for nursing excellence and quality patient care.

 

Public Notice: Magnet Recognition Program® Site Visit

  • UW Health was designated as a Magnet organization in 2009 and 2014 by the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®. This prestigious designation recognizes excellence in nursing services. In August 2018, UW Health is applying for re-designation.

  • Patients, family members, staff, and interested parties who would like to provide comments are encouraged to do so. Magnet Recognized American Nurses Credentialing CenterAnyone may send comments via e-mail, and direct mail. All comments received by phone must be followed up in writing to the Magnet Program Office.

NOTE: All comments are CONFIDENTIAL and are not shared with the health care organization. Comments may be anonymous, but they must be sent in writing to the Magnet Program Office.

  • Your comments must be received by July 27, 2018
