Frank Erdman Named Head of Critical Care Transport Program

The Med Flight helicopterMadison, Wisconsin - The former director of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Advanced Response Team has been named UW Hospital’s critical care transport manager.


Frank Erdman will supervise the Med Flight program as well as the American Family Children’s Hospital Emergency Transport Ambulance (CHETA).


Erdman has over 30 years’ experience in emergency medical services as an emergency medical technician, paramedic and an emergency medical services educator, supervisor and manager.


He is a member of the board of directors for the Association of Critical Care Transport. Erdman has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.


Erdman takes over for Dan Williams, who retired earlier this year.
