PILLAR: A Teen Girls Group for Anxiety

PILLAR is a group for teen girls (age 14-18) with diagnosed anxiety who would like to learn how to be comfortable in their own bodies.
About the Group
Together with other girls in a small, private group, teens will use art, drama, movement and experiential techniques to explore the pressure and challenges of being a teen in today's world. Topics will include identity, self-compassion, social survival and managing relationships.
Appropriate for participants with a diagnosis of Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Anxiety Disorder, Unspecified Type and related.
Meeting Dates and Times
This group is ongoing and meets Thursdays from 4-6pm. Interested participants should call Anne for more information and to learn about space openings.
