Whipped Topping

To make the following reduced carbohydrate whipped topping recipe, gently mix the following ingredients together:
¾ cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/3 cup non-fat dry milk
1 cup lite whipped topping
2 Tbsp sugar or equivalent substitute
½ tsp vanilla or desired flavoring
Yield: Serving size = 2 Tbsp
3 grams carbohydrate/serving
