Onion Noodle Soup

Serves 4
  • 3 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups sliced onions
  • 1 ½ oz uncooked noodles (full ¾ cup)
  • ¾ oz grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
  1. In large saucepan combine beef broth, water and Worcestershire sauce. Add onions. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat. Cover. Simmer 15 minutes. Add noodles and continue cooking until onions and noodles are tender. When serving, sprinkle 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese on top of each bowl.
