  • Low-fat or non-fat yogurt flavored with NutraSweetTM or plain yogurt
  • Sugar-free milk flavorings  
Use Less Often
  • Whole milk
  • 2% milk
  • Chocolate milk or milk that has been sweetened and/or flavored
  • Malted milk
  • Milkshakes
  • Sweetened condensed milk (see our lower-carbohydrate recipe substitute for Sweetened Condensed Milk)
  • Fruited or yogurt sweetened with sugar, syrup or fructose
