French Green Bean Salad

Serves 4 (serving size = ½ cup)



  • 2 cups canned French-cut green beans, drained
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • ¼ cup fat-free French dressing (20 calories per Tbsp)
  • ¾ oz shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (3 Tbsp)
  1. In medium bowl, combine beans, onion and French dressing. Cover and chill 2 hours. Add cheese. Mix well.
