Cranberry Apple Relish

Serves 10-12



  • 3 cups fresh cranberries
  • 3 small apples, peeled and cored
  • ¾ cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 oz chopped walnuts (1/2 cup)
  • 1 (4 serving) package sugar-free lemon gelatin
  • 4 Tbsp Sprinkle SweetTM
  1. In food processor or grinder, coarsely chop cranberries and apples. In large bowl combine cranberry and apple mixture with celery and walnuts. Add lemon gelatin and Sprinkle Sweet. Mix well to combine. Cover and chill at least 6-8 hours before serving.
