Almost Sinless Sundae Pie

1 purchased 9" butter-flavored pie crust
1 (4 serving) package sugar-free chocolate cook-and-serve pudding mix
2/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 oz miniature marshmallows (1/2 cup)
2 cups fat-free vanilla ice cream (50 calories per ½ cup), slightly softened
½ oz chopped pecans (2 Tbsp)
½ cup reduced-calorie whipped topping (8 calories per Tbsp)
4 maraschino cherries, halved
In medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add water. Mix well to combine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and marshmallows. Mix well until mixture is smooth. Cool 10 minutes.
Spoon ice cream into pie crust. Drizzle chocolate sauce evenly over ice cream. Sprinkle pecans over top. Evenly drop whipped cream by tablespoonsful to form 8 mounds. Place ½ maraschino cherry in center of each mound. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. Let set at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.
