Our goal is to offer high-quality, state-of-the-art, comprehensive care, support services, patient education and counseling.
To improve the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS by delivering the most compassionate and comprehensive services possible to as many as possible.
To be Wisconsin's leading provider of comprehensive, state-of-the-art HIV/AIDS patient care, research and education.
Working Closely with You
The UW Health HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Care Program providers and your entire care team are committed to working closely with you and your family. They are specialists who can serve as HIV primary care physicians for their patients as well as consultants to practitioners throughout the Midwest. In order for you to get your care as close to home as possible, we can help arrange for your primary care physician to obtain follow-up laboratory tests and administer HIV-related therapies.
We observe strict patient confidentiality regarding the diagnosis, care and treatment of HIV/AIDS. This includes the way in which we communicate with patients via phone and mail.
