Watchman Program Referrals/Self-Referral
UW Health cardiologists offer a program to implant the Watchman device. For patients with atrial fibrillation, the device may decrease the risk of stroke and blood clots, and is an alternative for some patients who are not good candidates for long-term blood thinners like warfarin (Coumadin).
Referring physicians and patients can both use the form below to contact the Watchman Program coordinators. Both physician referrals and patient self-referrals are accepted through this online form.
Please complete the form and a Heart Valve Clinic staff member will contact you within two business days.
Please do not submit urgent questions about your medical care through this website. If you are experiencing a life- or limb-threatening emergency, call 911. If your need is urgent, call your clinic for assistance.
