Our Services
Peggy Nied accepted a challenge to improve her heart health, and share her progress with "Sewing with Nancy" viewers. This is week four of her diary.
It's my 52nd birthday and I like to stretch out the celebrating as long as I can.
I usually try to do something special each day. Maybe call a friend to visit, have a cup of tea somewhere, relax a bit more often for a few minutes to read, take a nap or go shopping to look for something new for ME(!) or my daughter whose birthday is right after mine.
Birthdays, for me, are much more fun when I take some time for myself.

Today I got out a box of exercise equipment I bought several years ago on QVC. I finally used the thera-tubing for the first time. It was easy and I can really feel the effort on my larger-than-healthy waistline and triceps muscles - way cool!
Knowing that I'll probably eat more than usual over the next day or so (boy, do I love birthday cake and ice cream!), I made sure to get my nice long walk in with Jack, our dog.
