smiling friends, Go Red Girl Scouts Patch Program

A patch program for girls to love their hearts

UW Health offers a program for Girl Scouts of all levels to earn a patch while they learn about heart health.

Any Girl Scout, at any level, from anywhere can earn a patch. Since the program began in 2007, we have awarded patches to girls from 29 states and Guam. The program is a great way for girls to learn about heart health and engage other women and their families in learning, too.

Our mission is to help girls love their hearts, make healthier choices and empower women they love to do the same.

After Troops Complete Patch Activities/Ordering Patches

Once the girls have completed the patch requirements, fill out the Patch Order Form (pdf) and send it in with payment for the patches.

happy girls, Go Red Girl Scouts Patch ProgramThis patch program springs from a UW Health Heart and Vascular Care partnership with the American Heart Association to bring the national Go Red For Women Campaign to a local level. Together, we can raise awareness of the risk of heart disease as the No. 1 killer of women.
