- 10oz (1.25 cups) Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- ¾ cup muesli hot or cold cereal OR ¾ cup uddis no sodium toasted honey and oats granola
- ¼ cup chopped, unsalted nuts
- 1 cup fresh or frozen (unsweetened) berries
Divide ingredients between two bowls.
