Breakfast Mix

 

Ingredients

  • 10oz (1.25 cups) Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ¾ cup muesli hot or cold cereal OR ¾ cup uddis no sodium toasted honey and oats granola 
  • ¼ cup chopped, unsalted nuts
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen (unsweetened) berries
Instructions

 

  1. Divide ingredients between two bowls.

  2. Enjoy one now and one later.
